Thomas K. Dean (TK) Dean, CPA, MBA
Founding Partner
TK founded the firm in 2022 after over 20 years of experience in both public and private accounting. TK graduated from Randolph Macon College in 2001 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Economics and Accounting and was a three time All-Conference selection as a member of the football team. He received his Masters of Business Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2002. TK completed the requirements to become a CPA in 2007.
TK started his career with a Big 4 accounting firm and spent almost ten years with one of Virginia’s largest regional CPA firms before moving to Pennsylvania to join a small firm in the area. TK’s vast experience includes working with individual tax preparation and consulting and with business financial statement reporting and assurance, corporate and small business consulting, financial analysis, corporate tax preparation and employee benefit plan audits.

Jamie Ritter
Senior Manager
Jamie joined the Dean Accounting team in 2025 after 7 years of public accounting experience with Baker Tilly in State College. Jamie received a Master’s Degree in Accounting from Penn State and brings with him a wealth of knowledge in local governmental, nonprofit and higher education accounting, financial statement reporting, and audit. Jamie lives in Hollidaysburg with his wife Tracy and four children.

Sarah Dean
Accounting and Business Manager
Sarah helped TK found the firm in 2022. Sarah graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with an Accounting Degree and spent more than five years working for a regional CPA firm. Sarah helps manage the firm's business and provide clients with bookkeeping and accounting services along with assisting TK with the rest of the firm's clients and services.

Crystal Marketta
Payroll Manager and Office Administration
Crystal is a Hollidaysburg Area High School Alumni and mother of three. She has been working in the Hollidaysburg office since 2014. She brings 15+ years of office experience to the company as the office manager and payroll administrator for many of our clients.
Austin Bex
Senior Accountant
Austin has been with the Hollidaysburg office since 2022. Austin received an Accounting and Finance degree from the University of Pittsburgh Johnstown in 2020. Austin lives in Cresson and helps with the firm’s audits, and business and personal tax preparation.

Cheryl Lafferty
Receptionist
Cheryl joined the office 2023 after 20+ years in many roles with EZtoUse.com. Cheryl lives in Hollidaysburg with her husband and handles the reception area along with assisting with client bookkeeping and office administration.
Stacy Frank
Office Administration and Accounting
Stacy joins the team in 2025 after many years of accounting and office administration with Cresson Steel Co., Norfolk Southern and Fine-Line Cabinets. Stacy helps with overall firm administration, and bookkeeping, payroll and accounting services. Stacy lives in Hollidaysburg with her husband and enjoys the outdoors and time with her horses and other pets.
